| 1. Drink plenty of water. 2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. 3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants. 4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy. 5. Make time to pray. 6. Play more games. 7. Read more books than you did in 2008. 8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. 9. Sleep for 7 hours. 10. Take a 10-30 minutes’ walk daily. And while you walk, smile.

What A Dog Teaches seem to take notice. These are some
* Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride. * Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy. * Let others know when they've invaded your territory. * Take naps and stretch before rising. * Thrive on attention and let people touch you. * Avoid biting, when a simple growl will do. * On hot days drink lots of water and lay under a shady tree. * When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body. * No matter how often you're scolded don't buy into the guilt thing and pout. * Run Right back and make friends. * Be loyal. * If what you want lies buried dig until you find it. * When someone is having a bad day be silent, sit close by... and nuzzle them gently.
